Shipping Policy
At T.E.S.T. we strive to ship in-stock items out on the day they were purchased, however this is not always possible due to shipping partner schedules. In Stock items will ship next business day. Special or pre-order items will ship as soon as available. If we have set lead times they will be listed on the item page, if not please contact for an up to date and accurate estimate.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. We do not have a restocking fee but ask the buyer pays returned shipping if the item is not defective.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- T.E.S.T. will honor manufacturers Warranty, but energized PPE cannot be returned.
- Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To begin the returns process please contact us, returns will not be accepted without approval. Refunds will be processed once item is returned and are subject to typical credit card processing times.
